About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior QA Tester

to join a dynamic project within the

private banking and asset management sector

. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring that business‑critical applications meet the highest quality standards before reaching end users.

, you’ll collaborate daily with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive quality across the entire software lifecycle.

🔧 What You Will Do

• Ensure software products meet top‑tier quality standards before release
• Define, implement, and maintain an effective testing and quality management strategy
• Design, document, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Conduct functional and non-regression testing
• Plan, organize, and oversee all pre-release testing activities
• Log, track, and validate defect resolution
• Develop and maintain automated tests within the testing factory
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes
• Collaborate closely with business teams, IT, and project stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3\+ years of experience

in private banking or asset management

• 2\+ years of hands-on experience

in software testing

• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (requirements, configuration, testing phases, migration)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, devs, architects, QA)
• Exposure to business and technology transformation initiatives
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes, system workflows, and user journeys
• Awareness of trends in wealth management and private banking
• Experience writing and executing automated tests using

Selenium
