Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead / Lead QA to drive end-to-end testing strategies with a strong focus on system integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across multiple systems, APIs, and platforms while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Testing \& Strategy :

• Lead and define integration testing strategies across applications, APIs, and third-party systems
• Design and execute end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios covering complex workflows Validate data flow, transformations, and system dependencies

Test Planning \& Execution

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for integration and system testing
• Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and resolution cycles Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices

API \& Automation Testing

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for integration testing
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Defect Management Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure preventive measures

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams
• Act as a bridge between QA, development, and integration teams
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
• Team Leadership Mentor and guide QA team members
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Technical Skills :

• Strong experience in integration testing, system testing, and API validation
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, microservices architecture
• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Rest Assured, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus

Tools \& Technologies

• Test Management : JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr
• API Tools : Postman, SoapUI Automation : Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Version Control : Git

Preferred Qualifications
