Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer (Testing) with strong expertise in manual testing and a solid understanding of business requirements and product behavior. The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure high-quality, reliable releases across the application stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
• Validate REST APIs using tools like Postman
• Conduct backend data validation using MySQL
• Perform end-to-end testing across UI, API, and database layers
• Identify, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
• Support UAT and production issue validation
• Maintain test documentation and ensure test coverage

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of business requirements and product workflows
• Experience in API testing (REST APIs)
• Working knowledge of MySQL for backend validation
• Exposure to Linux environments for debugging and log analysis
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
