Quality Assurance Supervisor

The QA supervisor helps to ensure that all operations meet the highest quality standards on the production line; inspects materials and products being produced to ensure that all products meet requirements and recommends training where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure production meets customer approval sample criteria
• Making sure that employees are following procedures and standards.
• Ensure that packaging meets customer criteria as per account manager.
• Provide quality inspection in every step of production and oversee the auditors that are doing the inspections.
• Ensure final inspections are completed before finalizing orders and shipping to customers \& service exceeds expectations.
• Monitor staff and make sure that proper production processes are being completed and provide training where needed.

Skills/abilities:

• Previous experience leading quality in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in the apparel industry strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Print processes and standards preferred
• Must be able to differentiate colors and read fine print.
• Attention to detail and eye for misprints, damages, and color variation.
• Excellent Organizational skills including time management and multitasking.
• Quick Decision-making ability to react and resolve issues on the spot.
• Ability to collaborate with Production leadership and employees to resolve quality issues.
