We're seeking a

hands-on Quality Manager

to lead quality operations in a manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, leading people, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement—not sitting behind a desk all day.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience managing quality personnel is

required

✔ Manufacturing Quality Management experience

✔ ISO quality systems experience

✔ IATF 16949 experience preferred

✔ Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

✔ Strong customer quality, supplier quality, and corrective action experience
