About the Role

As the Quality Manager, you’ll guide all quality activities on the floor, maintain certifications, and champion continuous improvement. This role is central to keeping operations running smoothly and customers confident in the product

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the company’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO and customer requirements
  • Partner closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve process capability
  • Lead corrective and preventive action initiatives to strengthen product consistency and reduce defects
  • Manage customer and supplier quality interactions, including certifications, documentation, and resolution of quality concerns
  • Monitor key quality metrics and present trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership
  • Ensure inspection processes, testing procedures, and documentation are accurate, consistent, and up to date
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across the facility, driving efficiency, reliability, and standardization

Qualifications

  • BS in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5\+ years of quality experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, ideally in metals or aerospace

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and the ability to maintain a compliant, well‑documented quality management system.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and the discipline to support a structured, process‑driven QMS in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness, accuracy, and effective follow‑through on corrective actions
