Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer with experience in the automotive

manufacturing sector. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet stringent automotive

quality standards and meet customer expectations. The successful candidate will drive continuous

improvement, support compliance with IATF 16949, and collaborate across departments to uphold

our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain quality systems in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001

 Conduct PPAP submissions and manage APQP activities

 Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions using 8D methodology

 Monitor and analyze quality KPIs such as scrap rates, warranty claims, and customer

complaints

 Support internal and external audits, including OEM and Tier 1 customer audits

 Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure process capability and

product reliability

 Utilize statistical tools (SPC, MSA, DOE) to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes

 Train production staA on quality standards, procedures, and customer-specific

requirements

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

 3\+ years of quality engineering experience in the automotive industry

 Strong knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

 Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements (e.g., Ford, GM,

Toyota)

 Proficient in quality software and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel)

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

 CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or similar certification is a plus
