Our client, a premier market-making platform, is seeking experienced Quantitative Researchers to drive innovation in algorithmic trading. Successful candidates will collaborate on pioneering strategies and advanced models, working on projects with direct and measurable impact on trading performance.
Missions
- Own the full research lifecycle, turning bold hypotheses into production-ready models that move P\&L in futures or options markets.
- Push the frontier of quantitative finance, applying cutting-edge techniques in deep learning, time-series, and representation learning at scale.
- Deliver measurable impact, with strategies evaluated through rigorous, testable outcomes.
- Design and engineer end-to-end research pipelines, from feature generation and distributed training to backtesting and deployment.
- Leverage massive datasets and high-performance computing, accelerating discovery and execution of alpha-generating ideas.
- Collaborate at the forefront of innovation, contributing to a team where research directly shapes trading performance.
Skills and Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD
in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Proven experience:
At least 3 years in a similar role within a
low-latency
,
high-performance trading
or quantitative environment.
- Expertise in advanced quantitative methods
:
Strong track record in statistics, machine learning, AI, or related fields, with demonstrated research and innovation.
- Deep knowledge of cutting-edge large-scale models,
including design, training, and optimization.
- Action-oriented problem solver:
Comfortable taking ownership of decisions, iterating rapidly, and translating complex challenges into clear, high-impact solutions.
