Essential Skills

• Programming skills with Python, C\+\+, Rust or similar
• Experience analysing complex datasets and building statistical/ quantitative models
• Strong understanding of probability, optimisation and mathematical modelling
• Commercial mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems

Bonus

• Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a similar
• Knowledge of pricing models, expected value, risk management or automated trading
• Exposure to machine learning or advanced statistical techniques
• Experience in quantitative trading, prediction markets, HFT, market making or sports betting

Day-to-Day Duties

• Develop and refine quantitative pricing models across multiple sports
• Research new trading opportunities using statistical analysis and market data
• Analyse model performance and continuously improve profitability
• Work closely with experienced traders and engineers to deploy ideas into production
• Help shape the technical and quantitative direction of a fast-growing business
