R\&D Lab Technician
We are seeking a motivated R\&D Lab Technician to support the synthesis, scale-up, and testing of coatings and technical resins. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on lab work, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams to bring new products from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
Perform lab synthesis of coatings and technical resinsSupport scale-up from laboratory to manufacturingConduct analytical testing (e.g., GPC/HPLC/GC) and interpret resultsPerform batch testing, troubleshooting and root-cause analysisDocument experiments and prepare technical manufacturing instructionsCollaborate with R\&D, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teamsPresent findings using data visualization and reportsMaintain lab organization, equipment, and safety standards
What We are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field0–2 years of relevant work experienceExperience with polymers, resin synthesis or analysis preferredFamiliarity with chromatography techniques (SEC, HPLC, GC) is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
