  • We are looking for R\&D Laboratory Chemist who has polymer modification and crosslinking research experience to join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?

About the job To ensure safe and efficient development of modified and crosslinked polymer products by collaborating with internal teams, utilizing processing equipment, and performing comprehensive performance testing and data analysis.

In your future role as “R\&D Laboratory Chemist” you will

  • Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety protocols and Company EHS standard.
  • Collaborate with market teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Work closely with R\&D teams to develop and optimize polymer modification and crosslinking processes.
  • Utilize common polymer processing equipment (such as extruders, mixing mills, vulcanization and injection molding machines) and conduct performance testing using instruments like DSC, tensile testers, MDR, and aging testers.
  • Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports for internal stakeholders. 职位要求: Great if you have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in polymer chemistry/science, materials science with focus on processing and forming, or related field.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of polymer modification and crosslinking principles.
  • Familiarity with modifiers for property enhancement.
  • Ability to learn and operate polymer processing equipment and testing instruments.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
