Join Atlas in Vietnam as an R\&D Manager. In this role, you will lead and develop the R\&D team to deliver innovative digital solutions and continuously improve Atlas’s core services in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will manage research activities, explore new technologies such as AI and automation, and work closely with other departments to apply R\&D outcomes into business operations and client services.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the R\&D team.
• Participate hands-on in designing, developing, testing, and improving digital tools and systems.
• Plan resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring staff.
• Work with departments to turn business needs into practical R\&D solutions.
• Drive research and adoption of AI, automation, and new technologies.
• Build standards, systems, and best practices for the R\&D function.
• Provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote innovation, teamwork, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in R\&D or technical roles, including team leadership.
• Strong project management and resource planning skills.
• Experience in programming (C#, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
• Knowledge of AEC / BIM software such as Revit, Rhino.
• Experience with 3D / AR / VR tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender is a plus.
• Fluent English.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
