About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline complex business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is essential. Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, along with a solid understanding of business processes and workflow analysis. Prior experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with cloud-based deployment models will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and complex workflows.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.

Create detailed technical documentation, including process maps, design specifications, and test plans.

Conduct testing and debugging of automation scripts to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Maintain and support existing automation solutions, implementing enhancements and updates as needed.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.

Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology and recommend best practices for implementation.

Provide training and support to end-users and team members on automation tools and processes.
