About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Windows app developer to join our dynamic team at Scadea. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the development, stability, and deployment of Reflow’s Windows application, a core component of our workforce and workflow intelligence platform. Your expertise will help enhance the performance, reliability, and user experience of the app, ensuring it functions seamlessly across diverse enterprise environments. Collaborating closely with the core team, including senior developers and product managers, you will contribute to building a robust, scalable, and secure Windows application that meets enterprise standards and user expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact product that influences how organizations understand and improve their work processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# with hands-on experience in Windows application development using frameworks such as Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI.
• Strong skills in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure fast, reliable, and efficient applications.
• Experience deploying and managing applications within enterprise-managed environments, including MDM tools and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with integrating Windows apps with backend APIs and understanding full-stack communication protocols.
• Experience working with cross-platform or Electron-based applications is desirable.
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Django and experience in API design and integration.
• Understanding of security compliance, enterprise privacy standards, and best practices for secure application development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment processes for Windows applications.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on consistency, reliability, and delivering a smooth user experience across various enterprise setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Windows application, focusing on performance, maintainability, and cross-environment stability.
• Profile, debug, and optimize the application to enhance speed, reduce memory usage, and improve overall reliability.
• Build and deploy the app in managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools and deployment best practices.
• Integrate the Windows app with backend APIs, and contribute to backend API development or adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences across platforms.
• Participate in defining and improving app architecture, testing strategies, and release processes to facilitate smooth updates and deployments.
• Maintain documentation related to development processes, code standards, and deployment procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest Windows development trends, tools, and security standards to ensure the app remains current and compliant.
