In this role you will drive successful placements of engineering, operations, finance, quality, EHS, and leadership professionals in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. This is an opportunity to leverage your network and expertise while working alongside an established team.

What You Will Do:

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from intake through offer acceptance
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Partner closely with internal teams and hiring managers to deliver well-matched talent
• Represent clients with professionalism and discretion throughout the process

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2\+ years of successful third-party, agency recruiting, or sales experience
• Excellent communication, candidate management, and client-facing skills
• Self-motivated and organized, with comfort working independently against clear performance expectations
