About The Role
The role owns full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, and operations teams, partnering directly with departmental hiring managers to scale organizational capacity. This position acts as a strategic talent partner, establishing structured interview loops, aligning talent profiles with business objectives, and managing candidate pipelines from initial outreach to final offer execution.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, the recruiter will optimize sourcing channels and leverage modern applicant tracking systems to ensure a predictable and high-quality hiring process. The focus is on executing an efficient candidate journey while maintaining a rigorous bar for talent across all active searches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for 10-15 active job requisitions across multiple corporate departments
- Source active and passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche professional networks
- Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, design objective interview rubrics, and conduct weekly pipeline calibration meetings
- Analyze and report weekly on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, pipeline conversion, and sourcing channel efficiency
- Train and advise interview panels on modern interviewing methodologies, evaluation strategies, and unconscious bias mitigation
- Construct and negotiate complex employment offers, including base salary models, equity grants, and relocation packages
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a fast-growing technology company or a dedicated agency environment
- Proven track record of placing highly technical and business-critical roles in competitive talent markets
- Expert-level proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever
- Demonstrated experience designing structured interviewing processes and running calibration sessions with senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience recruiting within the AI/ML domain or possessing active certifications in modern HR/Talent Acquisition methodologies (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or specialized sourcing certs)
