The Role

We’re hiring an experienced

Agency Recruiter

to source, screen, and place talent across our core verticals:

• Oil \& Gas (upstream, midstream, and service companies)
• Manufacturing \& Industrial
• Mining
• Data Center construction and operations
• Other verticals

This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong emphasis on business development support and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and place candidates across skilled trades, technical, and operational roles
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand positions in Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, and Data Centers
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates quickly
• Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance
• Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews, offer processes, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS and client VMS systems
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2\+ years of high volume recruiting experience

in a staffing agency

• Proven experience recruiting in

Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, and/or Industrial

roles

• Strong full-cycle recruiting skills and comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and candidate management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once

Preferred:

• Experience placing talent into Data Center construction or operations
• Existing relationships or network in Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, or Mining
• Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
