About The Team

The Recruitment Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition operations, leading a team of recruiters, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver quality hiring outcomes. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach — balancing team management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

Job Description

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across multiple portfolios
  • Set team goals, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement in hiring quality and efficiency
  • Oversee workload distribution and ensure alignment with business hiring priorities

Talent Acquisition

  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, including senior and specialist positions
  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand headcount needs and develop sourcing strategies
  • Drive offer management, including compensation benchmarking and candidate negotiation
  • Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary TA point of contact for assigned business units
  • Present hiring updates, pipeline data, and HC projections to senior stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into actionable recruitment plans and timelines

Operations \& Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data across ATS and internal tracking systems
  • Generate regular hiring reports and flag risks or blockers proactively
  • Support headcount planning processes including backfill requests and ramp-up/ramp-down planning

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at senior levels
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with pipeline metrics, reporting, and HC tracking
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
