NOTE: We are looking for someone who has done Recruitment Research finding Director and Up Degreed Professional Candidates on LINKEDIN, JUICEBOX, INDEED, SEEKOUT, HIREZ, FINDEM, EIGHTFOLD AI, GEM, LOXO, AMAZING HIRING, INDEED SMART SOURCING.

The VP Matt has been with CRW for 28 years will help train this new Recruitment Researcher.

We hire for Full-Time Executive roles Director up to C-Suite level for: Accounting, Finance, Tax, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Corporate Development (M\&A), etc.

We offer a starting hourly wage, that can increase to salary, and multiple commission models that will help you achieve your personal and financial goals. This position can be remote or located in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Our VP Matt Hart will coach and mentor the winning candidate.

This opportunity is exclusive to Recruitment Researches of Candidates who (MUST HAVE TO QUALIFY)

-Have a minimum of 5 years of experience identifying candidates in Large Corporations whose base salaries are $150k or more.

-Identify and build relationships with candidates and even pre-screen per the open job spec.

-Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, and social media, to identify and attract top executive-level talent

-Conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.

-Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple search assignments simultaneously.

-Proven track record of positions you have successfully researched candidates for and have resulted in placements.

-Prefer a college degree applicant
