We are looking to hire a

Regional Sales Manager

to support our territory in MI, OH and Western PA.

This is a high-level overview of the role we need you fill for us:

In this position you will provide plans and direction for improving top line sales, profitability, and revenue of assigned area. This includes identifying new and one and two-step distribution opportunities, multi-family projects, key account relationships along with support and management of current accounts within the Building Products/Kitchen \& Bath industries.  You will also be responsible for maintaining industry relationships within the Region. Ensuring that Company initiatives, policies, procedures are implemented as required.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role:

• Building Products/Kitchen \& Bath/Multi-Family sales experience.
• Successful candidates will have competencies surrounding Microsoft Office, HubSpot or another CRM program.
• Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills; executive selling skills and expertise; financial analysis and financial management skills; and advanced computer skills.
• Must be comfortable in engaging with architects, general contractors and developers.
• Must live in Territory

Key Activities \& Deliverables

• Accountable for Regional revenue and profitability improvement plans by:
• Identifying targets unsold, undersold, upsell opportunities, new product launches.
• Opportunities and profit improvement accounts.
• Identifying segment potential and developing market share targets.
• Accountable for Region’s productivity metrics and regularly reviews attainment to
• plan and provides feedback and direction to corporate.
• Informs Sales management on progress to plan and adjusts plan based on management feedback received.
• Accountable for key Area sold and unsold account relationships.
• Responsible for integration and support of "major" accounts.
• Accountable for technical support and response to customer related issues.
• Maintains leadership in Regional Industry associations.
• Informs corporate of competitor and market intelligence.
