Regional Sales Manager - Mountain West

Salary: $190,000 plus a robust, performance driven variable structure that rewards your success.

Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSM) in relevant region (location would be West Coast, northern California, Oregon, Washington) to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overall sales management for the applicable region.
• Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals, company strategies and ensure customer expectations.
• Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues and strategies to management.
• Interview, hire, train, motivate and develop TSMs within the region.
• Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region.
• Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSM.

Skills Needed for the Job

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum 7-10 years medical device sales experience.
3. Minimum 3-6 years managerial experience.
4. Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
5. Well organized, with strong team building abilities.

What Will Help Differentiate You

1. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
2. Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
