Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations within the East Coast region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing channel partners, and driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate external channel partners to drive performance and organizational goals.
- Monitor and communicate business metrics with channel partners to drive sales performance for McNish brands
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients, contractors and consulting engineers and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications \& Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 5\+ years) in sales, with at least 2 years managing channel partners, , preferably in water and wastewater equipment industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Data oriented individual that uses KPIs to track sales pipeline and regional success.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM to track opportunities through all stages of development.
- Minimum 50% travel withing assigned region.

This is an exempt position offering a base salary of $69,999 to $115,000 per year, plus commission. Employees in this role have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual and/or team performance against defined sales targets. Commission structure details will be shared during the interview process.
