Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Your expertise will be vital in assisting with medical procedures, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. We are looking for someone who can work effectively within a team, communicate clearly with patients and families, and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans daily.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient symptoms and conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and medical reports.
• Manage healthcare support staff in providing patient care.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor supplies and equipment for patient care.
• Comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
• Participate in the development of patient care programs and guidelines.
• Coordinate patient discharge planning and follow-up requirements.
• Perform emergency interventions to stabilize patients in critical situations.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and medical software.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
