Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for an Inpatient Rehab unit.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to adult rehab patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, managing wounds and mobility, and educating patients and their families.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN license.
• Strong clinical knowledge in rehab and patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
