Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role:

Provides expert nursing care in the ICU, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.

• Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures safety, participates in professional development, and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Qualifications: Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Must hold an active RN license. No prior experience required, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Skills: Critical nursing skills, strong communication, teamwork, and cultural competence. Ability to work safely and alertly is essential.
• Key Duties: Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; evaluate patient preferences; communicate care plans; and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
