Role:

Registered Nurse in Trauma MedSurg unit

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments, medication and IV administration, wound and post-op care
• Monitor patients via telemetry and ensure accurate electronic health record documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Maintain strict safety and infection-control standards

Qualifications \& Skills:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring, wound care, and post-op management
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
