We are looking for an experienced

Release Engineer / Release Manager

with strong expertise in

Azure DevOps, AWS, CI/CD, and Release Management

to support enterprise-scale software delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ 12\+ years of IT experience

✅ 8\+ years in Release/Delivery Management

✅ 6–7\+ years with CI/CD Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git \& DevOps tools

✅ Hands-on AWS (ECS, EC2, EBS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route53, ELB, etc.)

✅ Python scripting

✅ Agile/Scrum experience

✅ Release planning, deployment coordination \& Go/No-Go management

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end release planning and execution

🔹 Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines

🔹 Coordinate with QA, Product, Infrastructure, Business \& Development teams

🔹 Build UAT and Production release plans

🔹 Improve release quality, automation, and deployment timelines

🔹 Support DevOps activities and AWS cloud infrastructure

Candidate Submission Requirements:

✔️ Business outcome-focused project summary (last 10 years preferred)

✔️ Most challenging release assignment and how challenges were resolved

✔️ Experience managing multiple stakeholders during Go/No-Go decisions

✔️ Complex rollback (or no rollback) release scenario

✔️ Hands-on contribution to CI/CD, deployment automation, and pipeline optimization

✔️ Example of improving release quality or delivery timelines
