This company offers owners' representative services to a wide portfolio of clients including developers, large corporations, general contractors, and public housing authorities. The new appointee will play a pivotal role providing oversight from the owner's perspective on several local projects in the Boston area. MUST BE LOCAL TO BOSTON.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee key multifamily housing projects in the Boston region from the owner's representative perspective

• Collaboratively work with developers, large corporations, general contractors, and public housing authorities

• Ensure project deliverables are met according to timelines and within budget

• Strategize and implement best practices in project management and construction

• Visit and inspect job sites, coordinating closely with on-site teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry from a general contractor

• Specific experience in multifamily and affordable housing projects

• Detailed knowledge of the Boston area's housing and construction markets

• Strong managerial ability, with excellent communication and organization skills

• Flexibility to work remotely and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
