Require a Director of Engineering in UAE

Responsible for hospitality, retail, and real estate engineering functions, including new projects and building renovations.

• Lead engineering initiatives for new construction and renovation projects across hospitality, retail, and real estate assets.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of facility upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, sustainability standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and operations staff, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal building performance.
• Monitor and improve energy efficiency, system reliability, and compliance across all properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or facilities management within hospitality, retail, or real estate.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools and building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
