In this position, you’ll be involved in developing new formulations, improving existing products, supporting manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting technical challenges. You’ll work closely with production, sales, and leadership teams, giving you broad exposure across the business and clear progression opportunities.

This role would suit a strong formulation chemist or R\&D professional looking for more ownership, long-term development, and the chance to play a key part in a growing business.

The Role:

• Develop and improve industrial chemical formulations
• Support scale-up from lab through to manufacturing
• Work cross-functionally with production, sales, and leadership teams

The Person:

• Experience in chemical formulation / product development
• Background in industrial chemicals, lubricants, coatings, cleaners, fluids, or similar
• Comfortable in lab and manufacturing environments
• Practical problem solver with a hands-on mindset
