The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious public sector researcher ready to step into a role with greater ownership, visibility and progression

As a Research Manager, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, from designing research methodologies, developing questionnaires or discussion guides, through to analysing findings and delivering compelling insights to clients. You’ll work across quantitative and qualitative methodologies, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Alongside project delivery, you’ll build strong client relationships, present findings to stakeholders, contribute to proposals and new business activity. You'll support and mentor junior team members while continuing to develop your own expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
