Profile Details-

  • 2-5 years in Retail Marketing / Store Launch / BTL Strategy.
  • Experience working with multi‑regional teams across India.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Role Objective

To lead the strategy, planning, and governance of New Store launches and Focus Store programs Pan‑India, in close collaboration with regional marketing and sales teams, ensuring consistent execution, speed, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Pan‑India strategy, formats, and guidelines for New Store \& Focus Stores.
  • Create standard launch frameworks and visibility norms for regions to execute.
  • Work with regional teams to plan timelines, priorities, and investments.
  • Guide regions on store-level visibility, branding mix, and best practices.
  • Review regional execution, compliance, and performance; drive corrections.
  • Own budget logic, cost optimisation, and vendor strategy at national level.
  • Track KPIs and present consolidated Pan‑India performance to leadership.
