Retrofit Commercial Service Mgr Small Projects

#### What you'll do:

Manage multiple commercial retrofit and small projects (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems)

Oversee projects from initial customer request through completion and closeout

Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, materials, and schedules

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality

Build strong relationships with customers, property managers, and general contractors

Identify and develop new opportunities within existing service accounts

Support estimating, scope development, and proposal generation

Monitor job costs, labor productivity, and project profitability

Partner with accounting on billing, WIP, and collections

Promote and enforce safety and compliance standards

#### What the company is looking for:

5\+ years of experience in mechanical contracting (service, retrofit, or project management)

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously

Experience with job costing, budgeting, and margin management

Strong customer relationship and communication skills

Ability to lead field teams and coordinate across departments

#### Preferred:

Experience in retrofit, tenant improvement, or small projects

Background as a technician, installer, or foreman

Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or service management software
