Job Description
EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business as they look to hire a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join their People \& Rewards team. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven compensation professional with strong analytical skills and experience in pay equity, compensation benchmarking, and reward analytics.
As Senior Reward Analyst you’ll play a key role in delivering compensation insights, supporting pay transparency compliance, conducting pay equity analyses, and enhancing reward processes through automation and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities of Senior Reward Analyst
- Conduct pay equity analyses and support pay transparency reporting
- Deliver compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and pay range updates
- Support annual pay review and variable pay cycles through data analysis and auditing
- Build compensation models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Analyse benefits utilisation, costs, and ROI to support optimisation initiatives
- Improve reporting, processes, and workflows through automation and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to enhance Total Rewards analysis and decision-making
Experience required
- Proven experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Reward Analytics
- Strong compensation and pay equity analysis expertise
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
