We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented

Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse

to join our skilled nursing team. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional resident care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess residents' health status
• Accurately document care and maintain medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in PA with good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
