What is in it for you?

The RPA Business Analyst will identify, analyze, and define automation and AI opportunities across

US Healthcare Payer operations

. This role acts as a bridge between

business, operations, and UiPath delivery teams

, ensuring compliant, high‑value automation. Strong expertise in

US Payer domain, RCM, EPIC

, and

process documentation (PDD)

is required.

Responsibilities: -

• Perform

end‑to‑end process discovery and due diligence

across US Payer workflows (claims, eligibility, prior auth, provider operations, payments).

• Identify and prioritize

RPA and AI use cases

aligned to payer KPIs, compliance, and ROI.

• Apply strong understanding of

RCM processes

and

EPIC workflows

, including work queues, claims lifecycle, ERA/835, and denial management.

• Identify opportunities for

AI‑enabled automation

(Document Understanding, NLP, ML‑based routing/classification).

• Lead business workshops, gather requirements, and act as a

trusted advisor

to stakeholders.

• Create high‑quality documentation including:
• As‑Is / To‑Be process flows
• Business and functional requirements
• UiPath Process Design Documents (PDDs)
• Support development, testing, and UAT phases.

• 8\+ Years

Location: -

• This role is remote-friendly. Candidates must reside in or be authorized to work in the United States

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in

US Healthcare Payer domain

• Solid understanding of

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

• Working knowledge of

EPIC

(payer or provider side)

• Experience with

UiPath RPA delivery

• Exposure to

AI / Intelligent Automation concepts

• Excellent process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Good to have skills: -

• UiPath BA or Process Mining certification
• Experience with large US Payer clients
• Exposure to healthcare compliance and audit environments

Key Deliverables

• Automation and AI use case pipeline
• Process maps and requirement documents
• UiPath PDDs
• Automation feasibility and value assessment

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
