Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve enterprise-level revenue targets across B2B markets.
• Lead and manage event sales and marketing campaigns
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and account management practices.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding existing client accounts.
• Build a portfolio of clients and create a system of continuous out reach for future events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and technical teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets in a competitive corporate environment.

Experience

• Proven success in outside sales, with extensive experience in new client development.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing sales strategy or development teams.
• Strong background in business development management, account management, and customer relationship building.
• Skilled in negotiation, deal closing, and delivering compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics tools for reporting on sales performance metrics and market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive approach to customer service and client engagement.

Pay: $35,000\.00 - $63,326\.32 per year
