Your Impact

The

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

is responsible for generating qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients—correctional facilities—educating them on the value of 4Sight Labs’ solutions and setting qualified meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and passionate about technology that improves safety and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in correctional facilities, healthcare, and public safety organizations.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, workflows, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track outreach activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to optimize messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
  • Provide feedback on trends, objections, and opportunities observed in the field.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and qualified meeting goals.

  • High volume of meaningful outreach leading to qualified meetings.
  • Consistent achievement of monthly pipeline goals.
  • Positive engagement with prospects and accurate representation of 4Sight Labs’ solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the correctional facility, healthcare, and public safety markets.
  • Relational Seller capable of building relationships over time.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or sales development roles (B2B SaaS or technology preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (50–100\+ touches/day).
  • Ability to learn and use sales tools (CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc).
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into government, healthcare, or public safety sectors.
  • Prior experience in early-stage or mission-driven companies.
