Job Description

Compensation:
Competitive Base \+ Uncapped Commission
The Mission
Our client is an early-stage innovator providing the first AI-aware Data Security platform that predicts and stops data leaks before they happen.
As one of our first three US SDRs, you will be the engine of their growth. You will work directly with our US Head of Sales and the Founders to penetrate enterprise customers. This is an "in-the-trenches" role designed for those who want to reach an Account Executive (AE) path within 18 months.
The Role
Strategic Prospecting:
Identify and research high-value accounts in sectors like Finance, Healthcare, and Tech where AI adoption is highest.
Multi-Channel Outreach:
Execute high-volume cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking to secure meetings with CISOs and Directors of Data Science.
The "First Impression":
Act as a consultant, not a telemarketer. You must be able to articulate the complex risks of "Shadow AI" and "Agentic Workflows" to senior executives.
Pipeline Management:
Use Salesforce/HubSpot and Apollo/Outreach to meticulously track your activity and ensure no lead is left behind.
Collaboration:
Attend weekly syncs with the Tel Aviv R\&D team to understand new product features and translate them into "sales hooks."
The Ideal Profile
The "Hunger" Factor:
0–2 years of experience in sales. We value grit, curiosity, and a "winning" mindset over a long resume.
Tech-Savvy:
You don't need to be a coder, but you must be obsessed with how AI is changing the world. You should know what ChatGPT, Claude, and "AI Agents" are.
Resilience:
You view "No" as a request for more information. You thrive in a high-activity environment.
Boston-Based:
You are excited to be in the office 5 days a week to build a culture of high performance and collaborative learning.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can write an email that a CISO actually wants to read.
