Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ferretti Search in Charlotte, NC.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Focus on setting qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, representing the Ferretti Search brand
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities
  • Build early-stage relationships with prospects and create interest in Ferretti Search’s services
  • Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research and discovery conversations
  • Schedule meetings and pass qualified opportunities to Account Managers and Business Development Managers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on target accounts and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline in CRM system
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and drive engagement
  • Understand client pain points and effectively communicate Ferretti Search’s value proposition
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics and appointment-setting goals

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and maintain a positive, resilient attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Managers and Business Development teams
  • Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or recruiting is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Demonstrates coachability, competitiveness, and a strong desire to grow within a sales organization
