Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ferretti Search in Charlotte, NC.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and outreach efforts
- Focus on setting qualified appointments for the sales team
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, representing the Ferretti Search brand
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoff of opportunities
- Build early-stage relationships with prospects and create interest in Ferretti Search’s services
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through research and discovery conversations
- Schedule meetings and pass qualified opportunities to Account Managers and Business Development Managers
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on target accounts and outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline in CRM system
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and drive engagement
- Understand client pain points and effectively communicate Ferretti Search’s value proposition
- Meet or exceed activity metrics and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and maintain a positive, resilient attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Managers and Business Development teams
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or recruiting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrates coachability, competitiveness, and a strong desire to grow within a sales organization
