Role Description

Riverside Park Capital is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative for a full-time, remote position. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, driving sales opportunities, and identifying potential clients for commercial real estate financing solutions. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the sales team to execute business development strategies and communicate effectively with prospects to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture high-quality opportunities
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting and developing client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively engaging with clients and presenting solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the commercial real estate or finance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
