$40,000–$60,000 base salary \+ uncapped commission (OTE \~$80,000–$120,000)

Overview

A Real estate/Development technology company is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline generation and outbound prospecting efforts. This is an entry-to-early career role ideal for individuals looking to break into B2B SaaS sales or accelerate their sales career within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and discovery conversations
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Follow up on inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of professional experience (sales, customer-facing, or relevant internships preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of motivation, coachability, and resilience
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to SaaS, tech, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
