About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative to drive the top of funnel for Vector’s growth engine. As part of a fast-moving, high-performance go-to-market team, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify the next generation of builders—playing a critical role in how Vector reaches and wins customers.

What You’ll Achieve at Vector

  • Build and Scale Pipeline.

Generate high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, creative outreach, and rapid experimentation across channels.

  • Engage High-Intent Builders.

Identify and connect with ambitious entrepreneurs, founders, and operators who can benefit from Vector—understanding their needs and clearly communicating our value.

  • Own the First Impression.

Be the front line of Vector’s customer experience, delivering sharp, thoughtful, and high-conviction interactions that reflect our product and brand.

  • Operate with Speed and Precision.

Run tight outreach loops, test messaging, and iterate quickly to improve conversion rates and efficiency.

  • Partner Closely with Sales and Product.

Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader team to refine ICP, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Make a Measurable Impact.

Directly influence revenue growth by consistently delivering qualified opportunities and improving funnel performance.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Are:

  • A High-Output Operator.

You have 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-performance environment (or are an exceptional recent graduate with strong evidence of drive and execution).

  • Excited About Startups.

You want to be early at a company where your work compounds and directly impacts growth.

While Not Required, It’s a Plus If You Have:

  • Experience in a high-velocity outbound sales environment
  • Familiarity with SaaS, startups, or technical products
  • Experience using modern sales tools (e.g., CRM, sequencing tools)
  • Evidence of exceptional performance (athletics, academics, side projects, etc.)
