Compensation
Base salary \+ bonuses \+ uncapped commission
- Year 1: $65K–$90K
- Year 2: $100K\+
- Year 3 Avg: $245K
What You’ll Do
- Train under top 1% recruiting leaders and executives
- Prospect and build relationships with industry leaders
- Sell ZSG’s executive search services via calls, email, and networking
- Quickly develop into an Executive Recruiter (typically within 1–3 months)
