Job Description

We are looking for a

Sales Director – B2B

to lead our national business-to-business sales efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a results-driven, visionary leader with deep sales management experience in B2B markets, ideally within lubricants industry.

Key Responsibilities Summary

1\. Planning \& Strategy

  • Develop and execute B2B sales plans aligned with ALC’s strategic goals
  • Design and implement sales roadmaps to drive disciplined, sustainable growth
  • Set and monitor sales and gross margin targets; provide regular performance analysis

2\. Sales Management

  • Lead national sales forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation
  • Manage key customer negotiations and oversee the entire B2B product portfolio
  • Drive distributor performance and implement Castrol’s Energizer Sales Methodology

3\. Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to support long-term growth
  • Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure broad market coverage through innovative approaches

4\. Customer Relationship Management

  • Resolve high-impact customer issues to maintain retention and protect market position
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and maximize product visibility
  • Uphold strong client relationships and brand standards across operations

5\. Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the B2B Sales budget
  • Propose strategies that enhance financial outcomes and reduce operational risk

6\. Policies, Processes \& Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and implement sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Ensure day-to-day operations align with internal controls and external regulations

7\. People Management

  • Build a high-performing, growth-oriented sales team through coaching and mentorship
  • Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and manage performance effectively
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development

8\. Safety, Health \& Environment (SHE)

  • Ensure full compliance with SHE policies and promote a safety-first culture
  • Proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures
  • Stay updated on legislation and adjust SHE practices accordingly

What We're Looking For

  • 12–15\+ years of experience

in B2B Sales, ideally in

lubricants or oil \& gas

  • Proven experience in

managing large sales teams and distributors

  • Strong background in

customer relationship management

and indirect sales channels

  • Bachelor’s in Sales \& Marketing

required;

MBA preferred

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving growth, innovation, and excellence
