Current Open Roles:

  • Sales Executive / Salesperson

– Drive new business, manage client relationships, and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Sales Manager

– Lead a team of inside/outside reps, manage pipelines, coach on performance, and ensure KPI success

  • Sales Director

– Oversee multiple teams/regions, develop strategies, track team goals, and report directly to leadership

  • Future VP-Level Opportunities

for those with proven experience and global team-building success

Core Responsibilities (varies by level):

  • Close new deals and expand existing accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build and manage pipelines using our CRM (Zoho)
  • Monitor KPIs and activity metrics
  • Mentor and train junior sales reps (for management roles)
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, logistics, and purchasing teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

📚

Qualifications:

  • 3\+ years of B2B sales experience (distribution, electronics, MRO, or similar industries preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership experience required for Manager/Director roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for full-time, in-office work
