Job Summary
The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for
aluminum façade systems, doors, and windows
. The role focuses on expanding market presence, generating new project opportunities, and building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities in construction and real estate projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
contractors, consultants, developers, and architects
- Promote aluminum façade systems, doors, and window solutions in new projects
- Manage project inquiries, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum
7–10 years of sales experience in aluminum façade, doors, windows, or building materials
- Strong network with
contractors, consultants, and developers in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record in
project sales within the construction industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
