Job Description

A large client of ours is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support their national sales organization and join their Business Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and partnering with sales leaders to drive performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Build recurring sales performance reports and dashboards
  • Manage and calculate commission plans
  • Provide month-end performance insights to sales leadership
  • Analyze trends like rep ramp time, referral volume, and territory performance
  • Support field managers and regional VPs with ad hoc reporting
  • Assist with CRM territory alignment updates

What we’re looking for:

  • \~1\+ year of experience (great for recent grads)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH)
  • Strong communication and customer-service mindset
  • Ability to turn data into clear business insights

This role sits on a collaborative analytics team with strong internal growth paths into sales analytics, territory strategy, and broader business analytics.
