Job Description
A large client of ours is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support their national sales organization and join their Business Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and partnering with sales leaders to drive performance.
What you’ll do:
- Build recurring sales performance reports and dashboards
- Manage and calculate commission plans
- Provide month-end performance insights to sales leadership
- Analyze trends like rep ramp time, referral volume, and territory performance
- Support field managers and regional VPs with ad hoc reporting
- Assist with CRM territory alignment updates
What we’re looking for:
- \~1\+ year of experience (great for recent grads)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH)
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Ability to turn data into clear business insights
This role sits on a collaborative analytics team with strong internal growth paths into sales analytics, territory strategy, and broader business analytics.
