Senior Salesforce Administrator

. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting a diverse, multi-functional organization

This role will be following a hybrid schedule located in the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have experience not only within multiple Salesforce ecosystems. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders, and building scalable solutions, this role offers both visibility and impact.

Salesforce Admin Duties:

• Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions across a dynamic, multi-functional environment
• Customize and optimize the platform through workflows, automation, data structures, and user interfaces
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective system solutions
• Support multiple teams by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring data integrity
• Troubleshoot system issues and continuously enhance platform performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ongoing enhancements and projects
• Contribute to Agile project work and help drive initiatives from concept through delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments
• Hands-on expertise with Financial Services Cloud and core Salesforce capabilities
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
• Strong understanding of automation tools, data management, and system optimization
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced, evolving environments
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
