Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Salesforce Administrator

to join our team in

Heredia, Costa Rica

. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage Salesforce configurations, support users, optimize business processes, and ensure platform efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business operations.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based business and technical teams to support ongoing Salesforce initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support integrations, data management, data imports/exports, and data quality initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices are followed.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and enhancement activities for Salesforce releases.

Required Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of experience as a

Salesforce Administrator

.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and user management.
  • Experience working with

Sales Cloud

and/or

Service Cloud

.

  • Strong understanding of workflows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written

English communication skills

with experience collaborating with

U.S. teams

.

  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
